Duc Ha Duong

President

Engineer, entrepreneur, prospectivist, Duc hacks our society in the aim to smoothen its digital transition, advocating for more human interactions at work. He uses his company Officience, a 300 people BPO/ITO shop based in Saigon, Vietnam to ‘walk his talk’ and prove his concepts.

Board member

Consultant, ex CEO of Astek. He has always worked in the IT sector. He created his own IT company and has been COO of Capgemini France. Now living between Paris & Bangkok, he counsels CEOs and is involved in several charities.

I joined the PN board to help high potential young people to get a high education in the digital field.

Philippe Gaston

Treasurer

After his specialized studies in IT and Management (Jussieu and IAE de Paris) Philippe Gaston worked as a freelance, then joined Société Générale (French Bank) in 1984. After several years in the Central Services in Paris then in New York, he was in charge of the Management Control projects and the Data Center Transformation of the Group and the subsidiaries.
Being in regular contact with Vietnam and Société Générale (SG) Singapore, he had the opportunity to intervene in PN center in Danang, Vietnam in 2015.
Since leaving SG, he has wanted to bring his expertise to the development of PN.

Simmoni de Weck

Simmoni works as a financial auditor in the new technologies sector. An enthusiast of topics connected to the digital, the net-economy and knowledge-sharing, she has nonetheless not forgotten her Cambodian roots. There couldn’t have been a better choice for her than joining Passerelles numériques, which afforded her the opportunity of having a positive impact on matters she holds dear.

Aude de Rotalier

Board Member

Aude first worked at BPI for a dozen years in Paris and then participated in the opening of a Ubisoft production subsidiary in Singapore in 2008 as CFO. After 7 years in the industry of video games, she took a break and met Passerelles numériques. After 10 years in Singapore, Aude is back in France.

I had the opportunity to visit the 3 centers, interact with the students and teams and I am deeply touched by the mission of PN. I have activated my network in Singapore to find donors in Asia. Coming back to Paris, it seems natural to me to see how to continue the mission and keep this link with Asia by helping young PN students.

Rufe Paul Legorio

President

Rufe Paul Legorio is the Secretary for PN Philippines. Originally from Dumaguete City (Philippines), he now lives in Cebu City and is a graduate of the University of San Carlos with a Bachelor of Laws. He passed the Philippine Bar Examinations in 2006 and currently holds a position as Senior Partner/Managing Partner at the Dumdum Legorio & Deiparine law firm in Cebu City.

Geraldine E. Jorda

Geraldine is an Attorney-at-law and also President of the Little Bamboo Foundation. She is also volunteering as a lawyer and former President of the Legal Alternatives for Women Center, Inc. She is also involved as immediate past President & current Board member of Accredited Voluntary Arbitrators of Central Visayas. She is also Founding President of Katimbang Sa Kalampusan, Inc. and Founding Board member of the Basilica del Santo Nino Children’s Welfare Foundation, Inc.

April Delabrino

Treasurer

April Delabrino was one of the pioneering graduates of PN Philippines. Since 2009, she has been given opportunities to share about PN Philippines to different talks/events/advertisements. She is serving as the President of PN Philippines Alumni Association (previously she was Batch Representative and Over-All Committee Head). She is working at Accenture from April 2012 to latest after the 1.5 years internship in the company.

Elizabeth Lepiten

Secretary

Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major Computer Science. She was a former staff of PN Philippines and worked in the organization for more than five years as the Finance Officer.

Marife Pinero

Trustee

Marife is a registered Social Worker in the Philippines. She has seventeen years of social work and community development experience in foreign funded non-profit organization and is currently in a corporate social responsibility field. Marife was a former staff in PN Philippines.

Noreena Lagmay

Trustee

Noreena Lagmay is a graduate of a Bachelors degree in Information Technology. She is currently an Associate Director of Accenture Philippines, one of our long-time loyal partner companies. She is based in Cebu City and part of the company’s Digital Practice arm.
