About us

Our Mission

We enable underprivileged young people to become active players in the digital world through an
innovative educational approach that links key digital skills with professional skills.

A gateway to a better life through digital education

PN’s mission is to unlock the potential of disadvantaged youths by giving them access to education, and the means to acquire key soft and hard skills in the digital sector. We provide training in our centers in Southeast Asia, and a preparatory program to university in our center in Madagascar.

Our goal is that each student finds a quality job aligned with local tech market needs, allowing them and their families to escape poverty in a sustainable way and contribute to the social and economic development of their country. We are committed to gender parity – at least half of our students are girls.

Should you have any question regarding our programs, our students, or our financing, please view our Frequently Asked Questions…

We believe that education is one of the most efficient tools to reduce inequalities and break the cycle of poverty.

About us

Our Sustainable Development Goals

PN actively contributes to 6 of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By aligning our efforts with these globally acknowledged targets, we aim to promote sustainable development and improve the quality of life of vulnerable populations.

No
Poverty

Reaching underserved youth is at the heart of our mission. To date, PN has produced more than 2,900 graduates students give back an average of 30% of their income to their families. Since 2005, 12,000 people have come out of poverty (graduates and their families).

Partnerships
For The Goals

PN works in close collaboration with local entities to ensure success for our students and assure local empowerment. That our programs align with regional goals as well as international rights for youth and families.

Reduced
Inequalities

Many of PN’s students are from ethnic minorities and marginalized populations. Our selection process assures that youth who have socio-economic barriers to education, have access to educational opportunities.

Decent work
& Economic Growth

Integrated into its program, an employment education path through the Professional Life Training course helps students find a real career in line with the local economy.

Gender Equality

PN observes zero tolerance for discrimination and integrates a gender-centered approach in our centers and with our partners. More than 50% of PN students are women.

Quality
Education

PN offers, at no cost to the student, a holistic high-quality education that is tailored to the needs of the region’s tech market and corresponds to 21st century skills standards.
