Ensuring accountability
for lasting impact
Each year, our Annual Report provides a comprehensive
summary of our programs and financial data.
Our Accountability
Passerelles Numériques is officially recognized as a non-profit organization by the French Government and has license to operate as an international non-governmental organization in our countries of intervention.

A responsible and transparent financial management
PN recognizes its responsibility to be effective and accountable towards all our stakeholders. We strive for transparency in the way we work and on the impact we have locally and globally. Since 2006, Passerelles Numériques has been registered as a non-profit association by the French government, therefore exempt from business taxes. The annual accounts are audited and certified by the firm Ajilec – member of the Compagnie Régionale d’Orléans.
In 2023, 89% of Passerelles Numériques’ spending was directed to our mission on the field in our 4 centers. The 11% overhead covers the operational costs of the centers.
An internal audit committee contributes to the relevance of financial information and the reliability of risk management and internal control processes.
