Job description:

Under the supervision of the Country Director, the Administrative and Financial Manager is responsible for the overall management, planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting, of the association’s accounting, financial, administrative, human resources, and logistics functions. Supported by the Finance team at headquarters, he/she ensures consistency of practices and the production of reliable information for strategic decision-making. On a daily basis, he/she works closely with the administrative and accounting assistant, whom he/she guides and supervises to ensure the smooth operation of PNM’s support activities.
