Each year, we carry out a rigorous selection process, based on a written exam, a motivational interview, and an analysis of the social criteria of each potential candidate.
Our goal is to find the most motivated students who come from the most disadvantaged backgrounds. To give them the opportunity to change their lives – by accessing PN’s digital education that leads to a sustainable career.

It started with one classroom in Cambodia, and today we are proud to welcome our students in 4 training centers, in Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines and Madagascar. Each year, more than 600 students benefit from our programs.

Who are our students?
Our students come from remote areas. They are gifted, but come from very poor families without access to higher education. For them, integrating PN is the promise of a lasting change of life, from poverty to a stable qualified employment.
