SOCIAL CONTEXT IN VIETNAM
In workplaces, men are paid 11% more than women for the same job
In the higher-technology industry, female workers only account for 37% of the workforce
OUR SUSTAINABLE IMPACT
TO VIETNAMESE UNDERPRIVILEGED WOMEN
Since 2010, PN’s center in Vietnam has contributed to enhancing the employability of underprivileged youth. As more than 85% of our alumnae are still working in the IT sector, we have also positively impacted gender equality in the high-tech industry.
PN Vietnam’s impacts have been felt far beyond our graduates themselves. With 51.6% of graduates financially supporting their own siblings’ higher education, we indirectly guarantee the inclusive and equitable quality of education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all segments of society.

PN IN VIETNAM – RECOGNITIONS & PARTNERSHIPS
“I can list thousands of other examples of gender inequality. It’s just everywhere. Therefore, we must ensure at least 50% of girls, especially in schools like PNV, are given available scholarships to ensure equity in both IT learning and careers. That’s the first step, the very first step that we must not miss. At PNV, we have tried to give our IT student audience some tips to help them overcome gender stereotypes now and tomorrow. I am confident they will find ways to disrupt a “bro culture nobody needs”.
