THE ROLE OF AN AMBASSADOR
PNV ambassador acts as PNV’s spokesperson and commits himself/herself to respect the image of the association and to endorse our values: trust, responsibility, solidarity, respect, and demanding approach.
PNV ambassador knows PNV’s mission well and is able to share about PNV’s mission, operations, and latest news… He/she keeps him/herself regularly informed of field operations and current developments.
PNV ambassador is autonomous but works in close collaboration with the PNV teams: he/she informs his/her intention to a PNV staff member on a regular basis to ensure proper alignment.
PNV ambassador acts with transparency and honesty. If an ambassador faces challenges or needs support (of any kind), he should not hesitate to communicate with the PNV team or board members.
PNV ambassador acts pro bono. Expenses for an event produced by an ambassador are reimbursed by the PNV only on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon in advance by PNV’s management. The goal of an event organized by an ambassador is to provide support to PNV expenditures. Travel and expenses should also be covered on a case-by-case basis only.
PNV ambassador is part of a worldwide “PNV ambassadors’ network” that gathers once a year during an event organized by PNV’s team.
AMBASSADOR EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
By committing to being PNV’s Ambassador, we expect and know that you will fulfill your role. During the majority of the time, you can take autonomous action in supporting PNV. However, during your one-year mission, there are a few requirements you need to fulfill:
- Complete a virtual introductory briefing with PNV Representative and at least 1 meeting per month to update on your activities
- Like/Follow all PNV’s social media accounts to maintain your online presence as an ambassador
- Attend at least two PNV events (virtual or in-person)
- Introduce at least ten of your connections to PNV as donors/professional trainers/event participants
- Agree to be featured in one PNV media post (Our communication staff will reach out to you directly about this)

SUPPORT FOR AMBASSADOR
PNV Ambassadors are invited to participate in PNV’s activities, such as annual events and classroom visits, to gain experience and better share their PNV stories with their network.
PNV Ambassadors will be provided with all necessary information and resources to fulfill your role.
After a minimum of 6 months, the ambassadors will receive a certificate of acknowledgment.
