In these perplexing times, it is more important than ever to bond and focus on people, our families, our relatives and our friends; but maybe it is also the perfect time to open ourselves to outsiders, people in need or actors of change. We are pleased to present today, four people of PN who are, in their own way, actors of change…

Tanghuot TENG,
Professional Life Trainer

“As a professional teacher, we have to position ourselves as bridges over which we invite our students to cross; we are here to facilitate their journey, and to encourage them to build bridges of their own.

Furthermore, to work as a teacher, I strongly believe that everything we do and everyone we meet is meant to be; there are no accidents! We are all teachers – We have to remember lessons learned, to trust our helpful instincts and not be scared of taking risks. We should not wait for some miracle to come knocking at our door.”

#Staff
Noémie RENQUIN,
HR, Admin & Finance Manager

“I’m sincerely convinced that the key to end poverty is Education, and PN has a unique way of tackling this challenge by working closely with companies in a booming sector and bringing holistic education to the young.

The staff is the key to our projects. I’m impressed by their commitment, motivation and willingness to do their best for our students. PN teaches me something important: Dream Big, and this is thanks to all the passionate staff examples I see every day. My dream for PN is to keep these amazing people involved in the project: their dedication and commitment are making the project even more beautiful!”

Those people’s lives are strongly linked to each other: one is teaching, one is learning, one is guiding, one is giving back and all are connected, growing and learning from each other in a virtuous cycle. Are you willing to be an actor of change? To be part of this loop or helping this revolution?
